Developer Relations (DevRel) is often seen as a community-facing role focused on evangelism, education, and engagement. But what happens when DevRel is deeply integrated with Product Management (PM)? Magic.
This session will explore: • How DevRel acts as a “real-time feedback loop” for product teams • Why developer empathy is a strategic asset, not a soft skill • Practical collaboration models between DevRel and PM • Real-world examples of how developer feedback influenced product direction • How to measure the joint impact of DevRel and PM initiatives
By the end, you’ll walk away with actionable ways to bring your DevRel and PM teams closer together—and make your products not only more developer-friendly, but more successful overall.
