I graduated from Recruit Holdings Co., Ltd.'s Media Technology Lab, where I was in charge of R&D (service development, open innovation, etc.). As a freelancer, I work on business development and organizational problem-solving for a variety of companies, mainly through ideation workshops. At MA, a general incorporated association where I serve as a director, we plan and run numerous ideathons, hackathons, development contests, and other events every year, supporting technology-driven open innovation and co-creation activities.
